Policies and Terms and Conditions of the "Jeans Week" Campaign
Promotion Validity:
- The "Jeans Week" campaign will be valid from August 26, 2024 to August 31, 2024, inclusive.
Promotion Mechanics:

During the campaign, when purchasing an item from the selected jeans collection, the customer may purchase a second item with a 50% discount. This second item must be of equal or lesser value than the first item purchased.

The promotion applies only to selected references within the "Jean Week" collection, which will be clearly identified in the store.
Terms of Use:

The promotion is subject to inventory availability. Cariño Santo is not responsible for the lack of stock of the selected items during the duration of the campaign.

The 50% discount offer will only apply to the second item of equal or lesser value. The discount may not be applied to the item of greater value.

This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, coupons, or benefits in effect at the Cariño Santo store or on the website.

The discount will be automatically applied at the point of sale at the time of purchase.
Changes and Returns:

Items purchased during the "Jeans Week" campaign cannot be exchanged.

Promotional items must be in perfect condition and have the original labels to be eligible for exchanges or returns under warranty.

The warranty period will be 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:

Promotion is not valid for wholesale purchases.

Not applicable for purchases made outside of campaign dates, or for orders placed through unofficial channels.
Limitations:

Cariño Santo reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, in the event of detecting fraudulent activities, technical errors or any other factor beyond its control.

Cariño Santo is not responsible for typographical errors, printing errors or misunderstandings arising from misinterpretation of these policies and terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms:
- By participating in the "Jeans Week" campaign, the customer agrees to have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned here.
