WITHDRAWAL POLICIES
1. To exercise the right of withdrawal enshrined in article 47 of law 1480 of 2011, you have the term of five (5) business days on the date of purchase (invoice date) or the day the product is delivered (shipping guide). The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when a guarantee check or a product exchange has PREVIOUSLY been carried out.
2. The right of withdrawal must be made in writing to the sales consultant with whom you made your purchase and/or by email to cambiosygarantias@gmail.com, providing a copy of the purchase invoice, the gift certificate or indicating the buyer's identification number. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the company has thirty (30) calendar days to make the return (money) of the purchase value. The value paid by the buyer will be returned by electronic transfer to an account indicated by the consumer to the commercial advisor and/or to the email cambiosygarantias@gmail.com, always in writing. If the client expressly requests the reversal of the purchase to the credit card, otherwise, it will depend on the cut-off dates of the card and the times of the financial institution; this may take up to 2 months (internal policies of the bank and/or financial institution).
3. The costs incurred by the buyer for the product to reach the company's facilities are the responsibility of the consumer.
4. The policies established here for “uninvoiced” or “incorrectly shipped” products will also apply.
5. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on the following products or garments, for reasons of hygiene:
- Underwear, stockings, bodysuits, swimsuits, pants, biker shorts, skin tights, as they are garments for intimate use, except when they present manufacturing defects that will be evaluated by our quality department.
- The following garments: white, sequin, lace, embroidery, chalis, chiffon or tulle (veil, silk gauze), embroidered, destroyed jean, runproof. Also; accessories, glasses and jewelry.
6. Garments that show excessive use or washing, improper cleaning, abrasion or improper use of the product, mistreatment such as scratches, scrapes and alterations caused by chemical products. They must be delivered to the company with the following:
a. Have all your labels attached, both internal and external.
b. The item or product must be in the same condition in which it was purchased.
c. Because it is dirty, worn, dyed and/or does not show signs of manipulation or modification by the consumer (length cuts, adjustments due to size reduction or change in the original design of the garment, among others).
d. The shape of the garment must be in the same condition in which it was received from the company.
e. The garment must not have stains caused by chemicals, tears, wear and tear, or flecks.
f. The right of withdrawal will not apply to garments that have been washed under conditions other than those specified on the internal label (washing instructions).
g. For having traces of deodorant or makeup use, cigarette smell, liquor, perfume or other odor that is not characteristic of the garment.
h. Having used chemicals that discolor or damage the fabrics or the good condition of the product, or having traces of bleach or detergent.
i. If the garment has accessories, they must be returned in their entirety, such as buttons, chains, brooches, studs, sequins, among others.
j. The print, appliqués or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
k. Suitcases, handbags, belts, backpacks, wallets, hands-free bags, fanny packs, waist packs, and cosmetic bags must not have scratches, gussets, deterioration, or improper cleaning. They must be presented with their original buckles properly installed and without modifications. In good leather condition, if applicable, and with all their accessories complete.
l. In footwear and accessories: improper use of the product, scratches, missing laces or original elements, worn sole, creases in the heel, wear or peeling due to rubbing, wrinkles due to bending on the instep or natural wrinkles of the product, and inadequate cleaning.
7. Items on sale or discount do not have the right of withdrawal, except for warranty , in which case, the company will take the term of The company has the term of fifteen (15) business days counted from the day after receipt of the request, to process and respond to the request or direct claim filed by the consumer, proceeding accordingly: (i) receiving the good to carry out the repairs; (ii) exchanging it for another; (iii) returning the money; (iv) denying the request; or (v) arguing reasons to comply with it,
