EXCHANGE POLICIES

Our commitment to our customers is to deliver the best experience by purchasing products of high standards and under a strict quality control margin. Our buyers are reminded to read carefully the instructions for use, washing, storage, pre and post washing, as well as the proper use that each garment or product should receive.

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our company.

The company has the term of fifteen (15) business days counted from the day after receipt of the request, to process and respond to the direct request or claim
filed by the consumer, proceeding accordingly: (i) receiving the good to make the repairs; (ii) exchanging it for another; (iii) returning the money; (iv) denying the request; or (v) arguing reasons to comply with it.

The company has a term of thirty (30) business days to carry out the repair, ten (10) business days for the replacement of the garment(s), accessories, jewelry, bags or suitcases and Thirty (30) calendar days for the refund of the money ; terms that will begin to count from the moment the consumer makes the garment available to the company.

The consumer has a deadline maximum of thirty (30) calendar days for request or exercise the right to exchange all products that markets CARIÑO SANTO SAS , any request outside this period will be rejected outright for being untimely. This term will be counted from the time of purchase (invoice date) or the day the product is delivered (Shipping Guide) by the company, in case the purchase is not in person; the company informs you that you must take into account the following recommendations:

1. The product(s) requested for exchange will be verified to be in the same good condition in which it was delivered to the buyer, without showing any signs of use. It must not have been washed or have been modified from its original design.

2. Clothing, footwear and accessories must contain labels, original packaging and complete attachments.

3. Items from previous collections offered under promotional or discount campaigns will be exchanged only for items from the same collections (subject to product availability), solely for reasons of quality, suitability or efficiency.

4. Items and garments that are part of promotional or discount campaigns will not be exchanged for: 1) size, 2) color or 3) reference. The company's policy is to deplete the inventory of these garments due to changes in season or collection.

5. When the exchange of the product is appropriate, for duly justified reasons, and the garment, accessory, suitcase, among others, belongs to a current collection, is motivated by the consumer due to the size, reference or color; it can only be exchanged for products of equal or greater value than that paid; the exchange will be subject to availability in the inventory at the time of the exchange; no refunds will be made.

6. In the event that the company does not have availability in its inventory for the exchange of the product requested by the consumer, it will have a credit balance at its disposal, which will be reflected in the billing system. This balance is valid for one year from the date of issue.

7. Avoid removing internal labels from garments and/or items.

8. The costs for the product to reach the company's facilities are the responsibility of the consumer and the return of the product so that it reaches the address provided by the customer.

The following products or garments are not subject to exchange process, for reasons of HYGIENE, BIOSECURITY and DELICATE:

a) Underwear, stockings, bodysuits, swimsuits, pants, biker shorts, as they are garments for intimate use, except when they present manufacturing defects that will be evaluated by our quality department.

b) The following garments: white, with sequins, with rhinestones, with delicate material decorations such as chains, with lace, with embroidery, chalis, chiffon or tulle (veil, silk gauze), embroidered, destroyed jean, runproof. Also; accessories, glasses and costume jewelry.

c) Garments that show excessive use or washing, inadequate cleaning, abrasion or improper use of the product, mistreatment such as scrapes, scratches and alterations caused by chemical products.

d) In footwear and accessories: improper use of the product, scratches, missing laces or original elements, worn sole, creases in the heel, wear or peeling due to rubbing, wrinkles due to bending on the instep or natural to the product and improper cleaning.
