WARRANTY POLICIES

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase of the product you acquired with our company. If you have a concern, claim or dissatisfaction with your product, duly motivated or related to the product warranty, you must inform the company and make the garment or products available at the company's facilities. To request the warranty process, you must take into account the following times:

To request the legal, supplementary or extended warranty, from the moment of purchase (invoice date) or the day the product is delivered (shipping guide) by the company in case the purchase is not made in person. The time exceptions will apply to these policies when the purchase has been made outside the municipality of Medellín, metropolitan area, nationally or internationally.

Defects or imperfections due to incorrect use, handling of the product or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product, such as: (damage to seams, tears, poor washing, poor drying), will not be recognized as a guarantee.

To start the warranty process, the garment or product must arrive in optimal hygienic conditions, through a courier company to Carrera 81 No. 36-10, Laureles sector, Medellín municipality, Antioquia department, Republic of Colombia, during business hours from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Transportation costs will be assumed by Cariño Santo SAS, in case the warranty process is in favor of the buyer, otherwise the expenses will be assumed by the consumer. If the customer decides to go to the physical store to manage the process, there will be no recognition for transportation effects due to displacement for the process of the procedure.

If the consumer wishes to take the product to the physical store, the only place where the garments are received in person, he or she must be accompanied for processing by the purchase invoice or gift certificate.

The company has a term of fifteen (15) business days counted from the day after receipt of the request, to process and respond to the request or direct claim filed by the consumer, proceeding accordingly: (i) receiving the good to carry out the repairs; (ii) exchanging it for another; (iii) returning the money; (iv) denying the request; (v) arguing reasons to comply with it,

The company has a term of thirty (30) business days to carry out the repair, ten (10) business days for the replacement of clothing, accessories, jewelry, bags or suitcases and Thirty (30) calendar days for the refund of the money; terms that will begin to count from the moment the consumer makes the item available to the company.

When repair is appropriate, the delivery time of the product must be within the following thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the product. In cases where the company does not have the supplies to carry out the repair or due to its complexity, the term of the repair may be extended for up to thirty (30) more calendar days.

When in the company's opinion the change or repair of the product is not appropriate under warranty, the company will have the term of Ten (10) business days , counted from the moment of sending the refusal to ship the garment or product, the shipping of which will be paid upon delivery to the address provided by the consumer or will be made available to the consumer in the physical store.

In any case, the client has a maximum time of three (3) months to withdraw the garment or items from our physical store , after this time, the company will send -payment on delivery- the garment or products to the address known or informed by the customer, if it is returned or not received, the merchandise will be deregistered and will be considered as an abandoned product or products, the same treatment will be given if after 3 (three) months, the consumer does not pick up the merchandise from the physical store from the moment it was at his disposal. If after a time greater than three (3) months and the company still has the merchandise, it will charge the value of $1,000 plus VAT, for storage per day (24 hours) and in any case, the company is not responsible for the deterioration and/or loss of the garment or items.

  • For the warranty process to proceed, the item must meet the following conditions:
  • Have all your labels attached, both internal and external.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was acquired
  • Not having been modified (length cuts, adjustments due to size reduction or change in the original design of the garment, among others).
  • The lifespan of clothing depends on its care and conditions of use. Remember that damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty. If the garment has any manufacturing or quality damage, and you have followed all the care and washing instructions, and the warranty period has not expired, you can initiate the claim through the following channels:
